The Black Robo Torch is undeniably cute but also very practical.  He may look friendly but he has piercing LED eyes which have a variety of uses.

This versatile gadget can be employed as a standard torch or used to illuminate your lock when attached to your keys.   The Robot is fully jointed - legs, arms and neck - so that he can also act as a mini desk lamp, nightlight or book light.
