The Goldfinch Trinket Tray is a fabulous new addition to our range. Decorated with an exquisite watercolour illustration of one of our nation's favourite birds, this attractive tray is made from fine china that is vegan friendly (no bones involved) and measures 10cm x 10cm.

It looks gorgeous holding rings and other jewels on a dressing table or bedside cabinet. Or simply pop it on a mantle or shelf as a pretty decorative piece.

Each trinket tray comes packaged in one of the prettiest matching gift boxes we've ever seen - you won't want to throw it away, but if you do it's 100% recyclable.

About the Artist

Artist and Illustrator Matt Sewell is fanatical about birds. This dedicated Ornithologist has painted birds from all across the globe, from the rowdy Robin to the placid Penguins of the Galapagos.

His charming caricatures of our favourite birds are simple yet instantly recognisable and bustling with charm.

His delightful watercolours have been collected in a number of books, and now are pride of place in a fantastic new collaboration between Magpie and Matt.

When he is not exhibiting his works in the likes of America, Japan and Europe, Matt can be found in Shrewsbury with his eyes to the sky and a brush in his pocket.

Available in equally brilliant starling and goldfinch designs which can also be found on table clocks and wooden block ornaments - see below for related products.
